Anybody who has played dungeons and dragons (D&D) will know exactly the kind of expectations an RPG game can come to. Every day, at 12:15, me and my friends play an RPG. These people are:
Adam
Bryce
Igor
Matthew (rarely)
Hassan (to be added to the group)
And each one is horrible at playing an RPG. Here is why;
Adam:
He constantly over and over doesn’t get it. He has died and had to respawn as a different character more than any other character. He is heartless and doesn’t treat his character as a person, (continued »)

Powerbox has a lot of history behind it. It was initially started when I had made my custom knife + sword and I challenged a friend to a battle. I happened to have dice on me, so we rolled and would play it out. There weren’t really rules. Then, me and Connor, another friend, decided to play it at recess. We started to invent rules. Then Harrison joined, the most popular kid at our school, which made 5 other people go for him.
It got it’s name to what me and Connor thought of. We were playing on a porch with a power box right next to us. We said that whenever we miss, we hit the power box, which has it’s own HP. Since this was the defining feature of the game, we called it Powerbox.
There was also supposed to be a Powerbox advanced that I was making, but I never got to finishing it before I started playing GURPS instead.
Rules: Everyone would roll and the person with the highest roll was first, and the order went in a clockwise direction. On a person’s turn, he could choose to either use a skill or attack someone. (continued »)

I have to say, that as a 12 year old, I am disgusted that adults could draw a conclusion that video games influence bad behavior. First of, some of the best times I’ve had was with video games! And almost all of those times are with my dad, friends, or people I have never met before, so calling it “Unsocial” is inappropriate.
And for “Not getting a life”; people can make a living of video games, whether through coding them, designing them, testing them, telling the world about them, and even writing their stories. Just about the best thing that will be for my future life is video games! One day, I went; “Hey! Wouldn’t it be cool to do that?” I enjoy programming, and editing. That’s why I liked line rider so much.
Which is another thing: Video games can teach serious skills. (continued »)
